Part Two: A Snippet For Leaders and Managers

Print | E-mail
Part one posed the question: When those whom you are leading or those whom you are about to lead or manage look you in the eye, what is the most important feeling that ought to be present
in them before all else?

When they look you in the eye, they need to feel that they can win with you. They need to feel that you are the kind of person that people can win with, regardless of the unyielding demands of the task at hand.

The question for you as a leader is: Are you on the kind of personal development journey that makes this possible also when the going get tough?
